Fourteen partnerships participated in the project’s technical assistance initiative, which was designed to help partnerships implement and strengthen diversion services and incorporate special education, career and technical education, and other workforce development opportunities.
Sixteen partnerships were selected to participate in the initiative, but two of the partnerships withdrew because of staff changes.
