There are currently no funding opportunities for new grant awards this fiscal year.
Each Year under Perkins V, Congress appropriates roughly 1.4 billion in State formula grants and over $30 million in competitive discretionary grants specified in the law for the improvement of career and technical education (CTE) programs across the nation. In addition, the Department occasionally uses funds to award grants for specialized purposes.
The U.S. Department of Education (Department) accepts requests to serve as a peer reviewer on an ongoing basis. Requests to serve as a peer reviewer should be submitted at least four weeks prior to the program’s application deadline noted on the Department’s Available Grants website.
*The Department places a high priority on posting documents on its website that meet the accessibility standards established by Section 508 of the Rehabilitation Act and is working diligently to ensure that those standards are met by all documents posted on this page. If you experience problems with the accessibility of any of these materials, and need them in an alternative format, please contact the Department at (202) 245-7311 or cte@ed.gov. Please be specific in your request about the information you need, which may include identifying a specific grant application or portion of the application.
