Dear Colleagues,

I am pleased to officially transmit the OMB-approved Perkins V State Plan Guide, #1830-0029. Our office developed this guide to assist each eligible agency in preparing and submitting a new State Plan under Perkins V and applicable Federal regulations.

New Perkins V State plans are due to our office no later than Friday, May 24, 2019. Our office’s Perkins V State Plan Portal is open and ready for your submissions!

As always, if you need any assistance in completing and transmitting your new plan, please contact your Perkins Regional Coordinator at the following link: https://cte.ed.gov/contact/staff-by-state-responsibility
