Dear Colleagues,
We are pleased to announce that the U. S. Department of Education (Department), in collaboration with its contractors at the CFI Group, has launched its FY 2018 Grantee Satisfaction Survey. On or about July 1, 2018, you should have received a link to the survey from the CFI Group with the subject line “Department of Education Grantee Satisfaction Survey 2018.”
As in year’s past, we encourage you to complete the survey. One way the Department of Education holds itself accountable is by conducting an annual survey that measures the satisfaction of our grantees and partners. The Department is committed to serving its customers, so the survey will ask about your experience as a grant recipient of the Carl D. Perkins Career and Technical Education Act of 2006 (Perkins IV). Our Office will use the results to improve the quality, timeliness and effectiveness of the services and products provided to you.
The survey is administered by an independent third-party research firm, and your responses are anonymous. Department staff will not receive individual survey forms or information; they will only receive the aggregated survey results. Therefore, the Department will not be able to determine which grantee provided specific responses. While the survey is voluntary, we count on everyone’s participation to provide us with representative results and to help us identify how best to serve you. The survey should take no more than 20 minutes to complete.
If you have not received the survey from the CFI Group (please remember to check your junk or spam folder!) or have any questions about it, please contact Margaret Romer, Deputy Director of the Division of Academic and Technical Education, at margaret.romer@ed.gov or 202-245-7501.
Best –
Sharon Lee Miller, Director
Division of Academic and Technical Education
