Dear Colleagues –

I am pleased to share the program memorandum (PDF, 1.3 MB) with revised State allocations for Federal Fiscal Year (FFY) 2016 under Title I of the Carl D. Perkins Career and Technical Education Act of 2006 (Perkins IV). As you may recall, these are funds that were restored from a prior reduction of advance funds for fiscal year (FY) 2016 as described in the memo. This memo is also available under Quick Links on the PCRN Home Page.

Grant award notices (GANs) pertaining to these supplemental allocations were issued by our office on August 4, 2017. Instructions for submitting revised budgets and any corresponding State plan revisions are provided in the memo.
