Dear Colleagues –

It is time once again for each State to submit its annual Perkins Consolidated Annual Report (CAR) to the U.S. Department of Education (Department) pursuant to the Carl D. Perkins Career and Technical Education Act of 2006 (Perkins IV). This year's CAR report covers program year (PY) 2015-16 and each State must complete and certify its entire CAR submission by close of business on December 31, 2016.
