Dear Colleagues,

I am pleased to provide you with estimated State allocations for FY 2019 under Title I (Career and Technical Education Assistance to the States) of the Carl D. Perkins Career and Technical Education Act of 2006, as amended by the Strengthening Career and Technical Education for the 21st Century Act (Perkins V or the Act). These are the figures your State must use when it submits its budget for FY 2019 as part of its State plan (transition or full plan) that is due on May 24, 2019.
