The Department of Treasury has just published a Notice of Funding Availability (NOFA) for $100 million for "pay for results" projects that result in 21 outcomes described in the notice, including (as the first two listed): Increasing earnings and work by individuals in the United States who are unemployed for more than 6 consecutive months; and Increasing employment and earnings of individuals who have attained 16 years of age but not 25 years of age. State and local governments are eligible applicants. The Treasury anticipates making five to ten awards.
